Who we are

FuturFusion.io LLC ("FuturFusion", "we", "us") is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at info@futurfusion.io.

What we collect and why

Enquiries. When you use the contact form on this site we collect the name, email address and any other details you choose to include in your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to people who contact us.

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites or over time. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — understanding and improving our website.

Evaluation downloads. When you download evaluation software we record your acceptance of the licence terms, including the date, time, your IP address and the version of the licence accepted. This is necessary to establish the terms on which the software was licensed to you; our lawful basis is legitimate interests. If you choose to give your company name, email address or telephone number, we use these to contact you about the evaluation and related updates. Those fields are optional and our lawful basis is consent, which you may withdraw at any time by emailing us.

We do not use the site for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Enquiry messages are delivered to our own email systems. We do not share enquiry data with third parties except where required by law.

International transfers

FuturFusion.io LLC is established in the United States, so personal data you provide through this site is transferred to and stored in the United States. Where we rely on service providers, we put appropriate contractual safeguards in place. If you would like more detail about the arrangements covering your data, email info@futurfusion.io.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to manage any resulting relationship, and are then deleted.

Records of licence acceptance are kept for as long as needed to evidence the terms on which software was licensed and to manage any resulting relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. To exercise any of these, email info@futurfusion.io.

If you are in the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU you may complain to your national data protection authority.

We will update this notice as our practices change, and will revise the date above when we do.
